GENERAL CONDITIONS
These General Terms govern the use of websites by users. Websites means all websites owned by atelier ANII (below ANII jewellery) including the domain http://www.anii.hr/ and http://www.jewellery.anii.hr/
By accessing the web pages through the appropriate technical means of access and using them, each user undertakes to comply with these General Terms and Conditions and agrees that the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions apply to him. The user guarantees the completeness, accuracy, truthfulness and up-to-dateness of personal data by registering or logging into the database of the website.
The user can freely use the website without prior registration.
When picking up the goods, the buyer is obliged to check for any damage and immediately notify the delivery person who delivered the goods, or refuse to take delivery of a shipment with visible damage. When we deliver the original packaged package to your door and you pick up the goods with the obligatory signature on the delivery note, you confirm that the goods have been properly delivered. Costs incurred by returning the shipment, due to untimely pickup, are borne by the buyer. In most cases, the delivery will be made within 3 to 5 working days from the receipt of payment. Exceptionally, if the item is made to order for which a longer production period is required, we reserve the right to deliver within 14 days, of which the customer will be informed in a timely manner. ANII jewellery reserves the right not to deliver goods based on non-made payments for orders and for orders with incomplete and/or incorrect information. After the payment has been recorded, the Customer receives a notification in electronic form with an indication of delivery

METHOD OF PAYMENT
ANII jewellery enables the following payment methods: card payment (through the ?????? system) and ˝Manual payment˝ (direct bank transaction after receipt of the invoice). Products are sent to the customer after payment is received. VAT is not charged based on Article 90, Paragraph 2 of the VAT Law. All prices are expressed in EUR.

CONCLUSION AND TERMINATION OF THE SALE AGREEMENT
ANII jewellery is handmade to order to your specifications. Returns are not accepted due to customer error or change of mind.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. In the event that the product you ordered is faulty or otherwise does not meet the specifications of your order, please contact the studio immediately to arrange a return of your order within 14 days. In accordance with the law on consumer protection, the user can unilaterally terminate the Agreement within 14 days without giving a reason. In order to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement, the user must notify us of his decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement by an unequivocal statement sent by mail or e-mail, in which you will state your name and surname, address, telephone number or e-mail address.
The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days from the day when the goods that are the subject of the contract were handed over to the user or a third person designated by the user, who is not the carrier. If the user unilaterally terminates the Agreement, we will refund the money we received from the user, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day we received the user's decision to unilaterally terminate the agreement, unless the user has chosen another type delivery which is not the cheapest standard delivery that we have offered.
The refund will be made in the same way you made the payment. We can issue a refund only after the goods have been returned to us. The user should send the goods no later than 14 days from the day he sent us the decision on unilateral termination of the contract. In the case of the user's unilateral termination of the contract, the direct costs of returning the goods must be borne by the user. In the case of the user's unilateral termination of the contract, the user is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods he returns, which is the result of handling the goods, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. We are responsible for material defects in accordance with the provisions of the Obligations Act.
The buyer is obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the goods if he exercises his right to unilaterally terminate the contract. Pursuant to the Law on Consumer Protection, the buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. Your responsibility is determined in detail by the regulations, which you can see at the link. The right to unilateral termination of the contract is excluded by law in several cases. ADVERTISEMENTS
All products offered for sale are described with photos and text. Each product is individually inspected before being sent to the customer and ANII jewellery guarantees that the products are correct for the customer. We accept complaints in cases where the goods were delivered that were not ordered or if the goods were delivered with an error. The product must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging, and must not be used, or modified in any way. In order to exercise the right to a warranty, a copy of the invoice confirming the purchase must be attached to the returned product. Complaints sent by parcel distribution must be properly packed. All claims improperly packed or those with visible mechanical damage during transport will not be accepted, but will be returned to the sender at his expense. Complaints must be submitted via regular or electronic mail within 14 days from the day of taking over the product, and the product must be handed over to the delivery service within 14 days from the day of taking over the product. Keep the confirmation with the date of shipment. We do not accept subsequent complaints.

INTERNET SHOP
Purchase/order The online store is open 24 hours a day, except in case of technical difficulties. The user can choose and buy products from the list specified in the online store. If the product is not currently available, the Customer can still purchase it, after which ANII jewellery makes the item and informs the Customer in what time frame the ordered item will be ready. After placing the order, the customer receives an e-mail notification about the successfully placed order. The invoice will be sent by a separate e-mail. Once we receive your payment, we will begin processing your order. Preparation of the received order due to the completely manual approach of ANII jewellery, it takes 1 - 2 weeks to make the ordered piece. ANII jewellery reserves all rights to change the preparation time, which is valid from the moment of publication, about which it will inform the Customer in a timely manner.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We retain all intellectual property rights relating to all information offered on or through this website. Documents, data, information, photos and multimedia content published on the website may not be reproduced, distributed or used in any way for commercial purposes without the consent of ANII jewellery. Documents, data and information published on this website can only be used for the individual needs of the user, while respecting all copyright and ownership rights and the rights of third parties.

PRIVACY PROTECTION PRIVATNISTI
ANII jewellery undertakes to provide protection to customers' personal data, in such a way that it collects only the necessary, basic data about customers/users that are necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations, informs customers about the way to use the collected data, regularly gives customers the option of choosing the use of their data , including the ability to decide whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns.
All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. In accordance with the usual practice when creating websites, ANII jewellery uses "cookies" on the website. "Cookies" are small files stored by the browser on the hard drive of the computer in order to provide a better and more advanced experience of using websites (including, for example, but not limited to analytical cookies necessary for the purpose of the Google Analytics application.). Deleting the history by the user in the web browser also deletes the specified files saved on the computer's hard disk.
ANII jewellery can collect user's personal data, such as name, address, phone number or e-mail address only if the user voluntarily submits it. The user gives ANII jewellery express consent that it may, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, process the given personal data for the purposes of its own records and the provision of other services, the need to create a customer database, and inform about new products and services. The user can at any time ask ANII jewellery to delete the user's profile from the database, thereby canceling all rights and obligations in accordance with the general conditions. ANII jewelery undertakes not to sell, rent or share user data to third parties without the express consent of the user.

CHANGES TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND  CONDITIONS
ANII jewellery reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Users are obliged to check the applicable General Terms every time they use the website. The applicable general conditions will be published on the website.
